Ceremonial cacao isn't brewed — it's prepared with intention. Here's how to begin.

Set your intention
Before you begin, take a moment to arrive. Breathe. Ask what you want to open to today.

Measure & grate
For a ceremonial dose, use 28–42g of cacao paste. Grate or chop finely for faster melting.

Heat & blend
Warm water or plant milk to just below a simmer. Whisk for 30–60 seconds until frothy.

Drink with presence
Hold the cup. Speak your intention aloud or in silence. The cacao meets you where you are.
What is Ceremonial Cacao
Ceremonial cacao is raw, whole-bean cacao paste — the way it has been prepared and consumed by indigenous peoples of Mesoamerica for over 4,000 years. Nothing added, nothing removed.
It is a gentle heart-opener. A morning ritual that replaces coffee with clarity. A sacred medicine that reconnects you to your own inner knowing.
Keith’s ceremonial cacao is a solid block of pure cacao with nothing added. Chop or shave some into a cup and blend it with hot water for a rich, chocolatey drink. Keep it simple, or make it your own with plant-based milk, honey, cinnamon, or other spices.
